Returns must reach us no later than 7 days from the date you receive your item, unfortunately we will not accept returns after this time has passed of placing the order, Please make sure all items returned are in an unused condition and you have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.
No returns will be accepted on Swimwear for hygiene reasons.
Items purchased on sale or discounted will not be eligible for a return/exchange.
We do not offer a free returns service at this current time but any items returned should be sent with Royal Mail, tracked and signed for as we cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.
We will attempt to process your return within 14 working days of receiving the goods and will refund to the original payment method. During sale periods this may take a little longer but we will endeavour to process all returns within the specified period. Once your refund has been processed we will send you a confirmation email to notify you.
