WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

UK DELIVERY

UK Delivery is £5.20 for Next Day Delivery. This is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday. Weekend delivery is not available using this service.

UK Delivery is £4.50 for Standard 3-5 Day Delivery. This is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday. Weekend delivery is not available using this service.

UK Saturday Delivery is £12.95 for on Saturdays Only. This is available on orders placed before 2pm on a Friday that are needed Next Day (Saturday).

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS/REFUND POLICY?

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  
• Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
• Items must have all tags attached.
• Items purchased on sale or discounted will not be eligible for a return, only credit note will be offered.
• We do not offer a free returns service at this current time but any items returned should be sent with Royal Mail, tracked and signed for as we cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.
• We will attempt to process your return within 14 working days of receiving the goods and will refund to the original payment method.

CAN I RETURN MORE THAN ONE ORDER IN THE SAME PARCEL?

Please keep your orders separate, as returning more than one order in a parcel may delay your refund.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE QUIDE

 As we are a UK based company, our products will come with UK sizing, but not to worry, all product sizes have been converted accordingly to match sizes in your country, you can find this on our size guide page.
